Gage and Ashlyn (Ruxer) Harder of Loogootee announce the birth of a son, Cayden Michael Harder, who was born at 3:58 p.m. CST on January 14, 2021, at Deaconess Women’s Hospital in Newburgh. He weighed 7 lbs., 1 oz. and was 19.5 inches long at birth.
Maternal grandparents are Clint and Kelly Ruxer of St. Meinrad. Paternal grandparents are Bob Harder and Ken and Melissa Muckerheide, all of Loogootee. Great-grandparents are Mike and Jackie Kress of Santa Claus, Mark and Kathy Ruxer of St. Meinrad, Debbie Nail of Washington and Gene Nail of Washington. Cayden’s great-great-grandparents are Mary Alice Ruxer of St. Meinrad, Josephine Kress of St. Meinrad, and Jim and Fern Oskins of Gentryville.
Cayden was welcomed home by his big brother, Brandon Robert Harder.Â
